Operating as a full-service, design-build firm, our in-house design team will be your guide for projects varying in size from one room, like a bathroom or kitchen, to a complete new home construction and/or renovation. In fact, they actually prefer to be involved from the earliest phases of design conception through the completion of the project. Our team has the ability to guide your interior and exterior selections which can range from appliance and plumbing fixtures, tile and stone, cabinetry, and lighting just to name a few.
Merrick’s designers present a comprehensive overview of mood and design boards, photorealistic 3D renderings, detailed graphics, and illustrations to help you visualize the design and concept of your home prior to execution.
